The Management Team

We look for individuals with exceptional leadership flare, strong knowledge of visual merchandising and numeracy, and good customer service skills. Naturally, all employees require a commercial awareness of the ladies fashion market and those with strong communication and interpersonal skills are ideal for managerial roles within the company.

Assistant Managers & Supervisors

Similarly, those seeking to fulfil a less senior management role require motivation and retail supervisory experience, preferably in a fashion environment. All assistant managers and supervisors must be equally sales-driven, possess sound communication skills and be able to work to targets and key performance indicators. With senior management as an example, our supervisors/assistant managers are generally very positive and able to successfully manage a team of staff, ensuring that store management standards are achieved. They are also skilled at interacting with the public and provide strong support to the store manager on every level.
