Go from Day to Night with the Right Women’s Clothes

We’ve all been there. We’re heading out on the town straight after work, but we have a dilemma – what to wear? We can’t go out in our work clothes but we equally can’t wear going out clothes to work, but luckily with a few simple tweaks and with the right women’s clothing it’s perfectly possible to bridge the gap between day and night.

Often, it all comes down to layering. That strappy top might be a bit too risqué for the workplace so team it with a simple women’s cardigan or blouse to cover up by day, but at night get ready to bare all. Work trousers could quickly be turned into something special with the addition of a stunning pair of women’s shoes, and if you go for a slightly sexier look than normal you’ll have no problem pulling it off.

Dresses can work equally as well in this area, and again a cardi could be all you need to bridge the gap. There are plenty of dress styles out there that can perfectly suit the workplace but can look equally as good on a night out with a few simple additions, so don’t be afraid to go for something a bit different to hit both looks on the head.

A few simple accessories can really give your daytime outfit some sparkle, and often they’re all you need to create that perfect night time look. Make sure to put a statement necklace and some bangles in your work bag then just whip them out on the way to the bar, and hey presto, instant glam! Belts will also be a nice addition, with that work dress or even the top and trousers combo being nicely cinched in to reveal your waistline.

But, it’s the shoes that can really make the outfit work. You don’t want to have to wear your boring work shoes when you’re heading out so stick a pair of strappy sandals or heels in your bag and leave the others at the office. You’ll feel instantly better, and it’s surprising how much difference a simple pair of women’s shoes can make.

That’s what’s so great about ladies fashion – the ability to put a few key pieces together to create a completely different look. We’re incredibly lucky that we have so much to choose from, and there’s really no shortage of looks you can go for. A few slight alterations to your work wear can instantly transform you into a dancing queen, so there’s no need to worry about not looking the part after a hard day in the office.

If you need a few more ideas on how to go from day to night with the right women’s clothes, then make sure to come to us here at Quiz Clothing. Have a browse through our range of stunning ladies fashion and we’re sure there’ll be a few pieces that take your fancy, and then just use your imagination to see how you can get from day to night.

What to Wear in the Office

When it comes to choosing womens clothing, perhaps the easiest wardrobe to put together is the one you will wear at work. Most companies have a dress code which will limit the womens clothing that is allowed in the workplace, making it easier to choose womens dresses and trousers.

Choosing what you wear at work is important, especially if you are starting a new job. You don’t want to turn up on the first day wearing something which makes you look great, but is deemed inappropriate for the office. This will lead to embarrassment, both for you and your new boss, so make sure that the womens clothing and womens shoes are suitable.

When you go for the interview, have a look at the womens clothes in the office, as this will give you a good idea of what is best to wear when you get the job. When you go for an interview, it’s always better to dress a little more on the conservative side, focusing on a smart and sophisticated look which will impress your potential boss. This depends on the kind of job you are going for, of course. For example, if you’re going for an interview at a young and trendy company, you shouldn’t be overdressed because this will make you stand out in what is probably an informal environment. Having said that, it’s probably not a good idea to wear a crop top and ripped jeans either.

So what are the best womens clothing for the workplace? Business suits are always a good choice, but bear in mind that there are different styles of this area of womens clothes, so make sure the one you choose really suits you. And have a good look at the different styles of womens shoes in the shops, and choose a pair that will look right with your suit. Most business suit skirts have the same basic shape, either pencil-straight or a slight flare from the waist. A kick-pleat can be a nice addition, or a small slit in front or on the side may add interest, but remember, it has to be a small slit or you could be straying into the inappropriate area of womens clothes again. The skirt should fall a couple of inches below the knee or an inch above the knee, depending on your own preference. Once again, don’t wear anything that is higher than this when you are working.

Choosing the right womens shoes for work is also important, so go for something classy, and don’t buy ultra high heels. They should fit as well as possible, because they contribute directly to your health and well-being, especially if the job involves being on your feet for long periods during the day. The wrong choice of womens shoes can lead to poor posture, back, neck and leg pain, and cause problems like bunions and corns. So, you’ve got the job and you’re ready to start impressing with your choice of womens clothing and womens shoes that will look great in the office.
