Please note: If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you can return the item(s) to us within 14 days from receipt and we will issue a full refund. This excludes the delivery charge. Some items are non returnable due to hygiene reasons and these will be clearly marked online. This does not affect your statutory rights. Once you have reached the Basket you will be able to select either of the following delivery options:

* Delivered the next working day as long as the order is placed before 6pm on that day. Orders placed after 6pm will be dispatched the next available working day. Collect In Store
You can now have your order delivered to your local QUIZ store for FREE. Collect In Store orders will ensure they arrive at the chosen store within 2-5 working days of your order date. You will be notified by email when your order is available for collection.
Please take your order confirmation email or collection email along to the store when collecting your order.
Parcels made easy - at your local corner shop!
Collect+ is a new parcel service delivering freedom and convenience, not just parcels
We have built a network of over 5,500 local corner shops, open from early - til late and often 7 days a week, allowing you to drop off or pick up parcels at a time and place that suits you.
Shops are chosen for their long opening hours, handy locations and secure storage facilities and include supermarkets, newsagents, corner shops and even service stations.
To find your nearest shop simply check the 'Collect Plus' radio button under Delivery Options in your shopping bag.
Standard Delivery
A standard delivery will ensure you receive the goods within 2-5 working days. The cost will be £3.99 and a signature is required on receipt.
Please note that a Free delivery (promotion) order may not require a signature on receipt. Order tracking is also unavailable for Free delivery orders.
Next Day Service
The next day service will ensure you receive the goods between 8am and 8pm Monday to Friday and 8am and 6pm Saturday, providing you place the order before 6pm. Orders placed after 6pm during Monday to Friday will be delivered within 2 working days. The cost of the next day service is £5.99 and a signature on receipt is always required.
Next Day Delivery is not available to the following postcodes - HS1-9, IV1-56, KA27-28, KW1-17, PA20-78, PH17-50, TR21-25, ZE1-3, BT, IM, JE, GY. These postcodes can take 2-3 working days for delivery. Next Day deliveries are not made on a Sunday and Bank Holiday
International Delivery
We are now dispatching to many countries around the world. Only a standard service is available and this service is currently FREE to all destination countries. We hope to offer an express service in the near future. Please see the International Delivery page for a full list of countries we deliver to.
No tracking is available on Standard International Orders and a signature may be required on receipt. If for any reason your parcel does not reach you in the stated time, please allow up to 25 working days from the date you have received your despatch email to contact us and we will resolve your issue for you. Please email orders@quizclothing.co.uk with your order number and delivery details to help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Please Note:
Custom or Import Charges are charged once an item has arrived in its destination country. Unfortunately, we have no control over what these charges are, as Import and Custom policies vary from country to country.
We would advise that you find out what these charges may be before you place your order.
Working Days
A working day is referred as Monday to Friday. Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays are not classed as working days. Next day service orders placed on Saturday, Sunday and bank Holidays will be dispatched the next available working day. Please Note: Any industrial strikes by our delivering partners, we cannot guarantee the delivery in the scheduled time stated by us. Please contact us for further information if required before placing an order.
